ABSTRACT Introduction: Physical activity is accomplished by the coordination of various organ systems human body, and physical exercise can positively impact activities many these systems. Because high-intensity sports on organs different according to environmental temperature intensity, we must make more detailed observations discussions. Objective: To analyze changes in body shape, function, function middle school students before after through study movement. Methods: Through experimental research characteristics metabolic gas exchanges incremental load college students. Results: There were statistically significant differences incidence physiological reactions shown who underwent exercise, such as abdominal pain, dyspnea, tachycardia, nausea, dizziness, muscle aches (P<0.05).
